Martin Fryzelka is the Co-Founder & CEO of NextSpace, a leading firm specializing in high-end outdoor FF&E solutions. With over a decade of international experience, he partners with architects, designers, and developers to deliver bespoke outdoor furniture for luxury hospitality, private estates, and landmark projects. Martin is also an active investor focused on driving innovation, craftsmanship, and long-term value in the outdoor design industry.
Laurence Dehlen is a Co- founder and Managing Partner at NextSpace. Visionary senior leader in business management with over 20 years of experience driving brand positioning, revenue generation, market penetration and business growth for companies providing interior design and architecture products and services. 2020, I created NextSpace and combined all my skills and years of experience to create a unique luxury concept for the Middle East and African markets.
Patricia Millns FRSA is an artist, advisor, patron and mentor. Studied Fine Arts, Honours MA Art and Design History. Studio based in Middle East for 40 years. Practice based on researching on woman’s studies relating to the cultural significance of adornment and olfactory heritage of Middle East. Advisor on art and design projects.. Mentor for emerging artists.  Presently advising on the Creative Industries. She is an elected Fellow of The Royal Society of Arts, London, Advisory boards of American University of Dubai (AUD), Zay Initiative board and member of IAPA, UNESCO Patricia has represented UK at United Nations (UN) New York, Sharjah and Cairo Biennials. Public Collections include United Nations UNIFEM, British Museum, British Council, British Commonwealth Society, and the Royal Windsor, Bulgari, Salsali, Sainsbury collections. Esra Lemmens is a design strategist who navigates the space between creative intent and strategic thought. She works with designers and architects to foster practices that command distinction and set benchmarks for excellence. A frequent speaker, juror, and moderator, her work empowers designers to build impactful, future-facing practices. She is a quiet force behind ideas that shape culture, influence industry, and leave a meaningful imprint on the built environment.
Bianca Ungerer serves as the Managing Partner of NextSpace in South Africa, where she extends our global reach as a dedicated representative for luxury outdoor furniture brands. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Bianca has established herself as a trusted partner in the industry, fostering strong connections with South Africa's Interior Designer and Architect network. Bianca has extensive business exposure with an emphasis on sales, marketing and digital marketing. As passion projects, she likes being involved in Entrepreneurial endeavors like her recent role as Operations Support at the Branson Centre of Entrepreneurship - supporting aspiring entrepreneurs in South Africa. Beyond her professional pursuits, Bianca is a lifelong learner and outdoor enthusiast, finding joy in design, photography, sea kayaking, hiking, and trail running. With her commitment to beautiful living, Bianca brings expertise, passion, and creativity to enrich both our team and our clients' experiences.
Wayne Tunbridge, as Sales Director for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Wayne has three decades of experience in the furniture industry, working across North America, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. Specializing in outdoor furniture, he has collaborated with top manufacturers in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam, with Indonesia being his favourite sourcing and design region. With expertise in sales, technical aspects, and account management, Wayne is passionate about delivering projects from start to finish while guiding clients through the process. His standout projects include various Middle East developments and the Sun City Palace Hotel in Africa, one of the top leading hotels in the world. Beyond his professional achievements, Wayne enjoys the outdoors and has competed in a number of Dragon Boat world championships winning 2 gold medals in Hong Kong.
Islam Hatem is a dynamic Sales Director with a background in Design & Architecture. With years of experience under his belt, he has worked alongside government entities and top-tier design firms. Islam has always had an eye for creativity, and his designs have been showcased at prestigious global events, including Milan Design Week and Salone del Mobile. Islam has traveled extensively, networking and building global connections across the design scene while keeping a close eye on trending designs in the market. He has collaborated directly with pioneering developers across the region and has delivered ultra-luxury hotels with world-class hotel operators, with a major focus on delivering customized solutions for each project
