I lead NextSpace in delivering original, designer outdoor furniture for landmark hospitality and high-end residences across the Middle East. Every specification is built for GCC realities heat, UV, wind, and marine exposure, while keeping the architectural intent and guest experience intact. We work only with factory original collections and factory warranties.

My role is hands on from brief to handover: aligning design intent with the right collections, materials, and cushions; locking warranties and service terms with the factories; and managing procurement, logistics, and installation so programs land cleanly on site. The outcome is outdoor spaces that meet the architect’s vision on day one and the operator’s expectations year after year.
