NextSpace was selected to supply all of the outdoor furniture for the prestigious Mandarin Oriental Muscat, a landmark hotel project located on the coast of the Arabian Sea. The collections selected for Mandarin Oriental Muscat reflect the brand’s refined yet relaxed aesthetic. We supplied premium furniture using high-performance materials such as teak, aluminum, woven fiber, and weather-resistant upholstery, ensuring longevity in Muscat’s coastal climate. SCOPE OF WORK
NextSpace delivered a complete outdoor furniture package covering all key exterior areas of the resort, including:
• Poolside lounges and sunbeds
• Seafront dining terraces
• Private suite terraces and balconies
• Courtyard and garden seating
• Outdoor lounge and bar areas
Our involvement covered selection, sourcing, coordination with project teams, logistics, and on-site delivery and installation.
